| By Dwan Glidwell Hi again I would like to take this time to tell you a little about coon hunting and what I have learned over 20 some odd years. I got my start going with my dad Thomas Glidewell my uncle June Glidewell and two very good friends Randy Roberts and Billy Amos. We have walked a many of a mile following those old hounds. There is no telling how many miles we have traveled together. We have bred dogs, hunted dogs and had a good time doing it. If I didn't love it I wouldn't be doing it for as long as I have. I love to take a young dog and him not doing nothing and start him out and see him finish up a coon dog. The nights are long and weary sometimes but there is no better feeling to see these young hounds turn out to be good coon dogs I would also like to thank another good friend of mine Terry Dalton for helping me with this site.
